All Sales Final and Free Revisions

1. All sales are final

All sales are final. We revise your plan free until it meets the stated scope. You see this policy, and tick a box to accept the Terms that include it, before you pay.

2. What "stated scope" means

The stated scope is what Terms of Service sections 2 and 6 and your order describe: one SWPPP for one site in a served state, written for the permit that covers the site, based on the facts and drawings you gave us, and ready for the operator to review and sign. It does not include a PE seal, engineering design, site visits, inspections, filing, or any promise that an agency will accept the plan.

3. Free revisions

• Our errors. If the plan does not match the stated scope or the facts you gave us, write to orders@swpppdesk.com and say what is wrong. We fix it free. There is no deadline for fixing our own errors. We aim to send the corrected plan within 2 business days of your note.
• Agency or MS4 comments. Send us the comments. We fix anything that is our error, free.
• New or changed facts. If your site, drawings, schedule or other facts change after delivery, we can update the plan. We quote the price in writing before we start, and you decide.

4. Check before you pay

Before checkout our site check confirms: your site is in a state we serve; it disturbs the acreage of the package you picked; any limit for your state is met; and none of the out-of-scope items in Terms section 6.1 apply. Any Yes or Not sure answer keeps checkout closed. Please check carefully.

5. If something comes up after you pay

• Out-of-scope item found. We tell you in writing, prepare the plan for the in-scope work and list in writing what your licensed professional must add.
• Larger size class. We ask you to pay the $300 difference before we start.
• Smaller size class. We deliver the plan for the price paid.
• You change your mind before we start. The sale stays final. Your order stays open for 12 months for this site.
• Inputs never sent. Your order stays open for 12 months from payment, then closes.
• We are late. We keep working until we deliver.

6. No interest or late fees

We never charge interest, finance charges or late fees.

7. Card disputes

If something is wrong, write to billing@swpppdesk.com first. We answer in writing, normally within 2 business days, and we fix what is ours. If you open a card dispute, we send the card issuer this policy, your checkout acceptance, your order and intake records, and our delivery and revision emails.
