Privacy

Effective October 19, 2026. Vertexium Environmental Solutions LLC ("we") operates SWPPP Desk.

What we collect

• Checkout details collected by Stripe, our payment processor (name, email, billing details). Card numbers go to Stripe, not to us.
• What you enter on the intake form and the drawings you upload.
• Emails you send us.
• Basic server logs kept by our host, Cloudflare.

How we use it

To prepare and deliver your SWP3, contact you about your order, handle refunds, keep business and tax records, and protect the service from abuse. We do not sell your information and do not use it for advertising.

Who processes it

Stripe (payments), Cloudflare (hosting and file storage), and our email provider. Your drawings and form answers may be processed with software tools, including AI drafting tools, to prepare your plan; a person reviews the result.

Retention

We keep order records and the plan we deliver for at least 3 years, because the permit requires operators to keep SWP3 records and you may ask us for a copy. You can ask us to delete your uploads after delivery.

Your choices

Email support@swpppdesk.com to ask for a copy, correction or deletion of your information.
