What a SWPPP Desk plan covers here
We prepare a site-specific plan written to GP-0-25-001, with each section mapped to the permit part it answers. You, the operator, review and sign it and keep it on site.
Checkout open, with limits in New York. State ruling: Sell, limit: E&SC-only plans outside NYC. The site check on the plan page applies these conditions before payment. See coverage.
Before checkout you confirm:
- The site is outside New York City.
- The plan needs no post-construction stormwater practices (erosion and sediment control only).
- You will supply the Qualified Inspector.
What we do not do
- Our plans are not sealed or stamped. BMPs that need design calculations, such as sediment basins and post-construction practices, come from your design professional.
- The operator signs the plan and is responsible for it.
- We do not visit or inspect sites.
- We do not file the NOI or any permit application for you. We tell you which form and portal the permit names.
