Checked October 20, 2026 against the permit text published by Nebraska Department of Water, Energy, and Environment. Sources and sections are listed at the end of this page.
In Nebraska, construction stormwater coverage comes from Construction Storm Water General Permit (permit no. NER210000), issued by Nebraska Department of Water, Energy, and Environment (NDEE). It took effect December 1, 2021 and expires November 30, 2026 (continues administratively if not reissued, Part G).
Scope note. The permit expires 2026-11-30. Plans written now must be re-checked against the reissued permit.

Points that are easy to miss
- NER210000 expires November 30, 2026; watch for the reissued permit and its NOI deadline.
- Discharge is allowed only 7 days after a complete CSW-NOI (Part II.A.1).
- File a new CSW-NOI within 7 days of an ownership transfer.
What a SWPPP Desk plan covers here
We prepare a site-specific plan written to NER210000, with each section mapped to the permit part it answers. You, the operator, review and sign it and keep it on site.
Checkout open in Nebraska. State ruling: Sell (re-check at reissue). The site check on the plan page applies these conditions before payment. See coverage.
What we do not do
- Our plans are not sealed or stamped. BMPs that need design calculations, such as sediment basins and post-construction practices, come from your design professional.
- The operator signs the plan and is responsible for it.
- We do not visit or inspect sites.
- We do not file the NOI or any permit application for you. We tell you which form and portal the permit names.
