Points that are easy to miss
- Until October 31, 2026 the earlier ARR150000 permit applies; the reissued permit takes effect November 1, 2026.
- Permittees under the earlier permit must update the SWPPP to Part II.A.4 by November 1, 2026.
- Annual fees are billed until DEQ approves the NOT.
- Adding total acreage needs a $200 modification fee and an updated SWPPP.
- Small sites inside an approved Qualified Local Program follow the QLP.
What a SWPPP Desk plan covers here
We prepare a site-specific plan written to ARR150000, with each section mapped to the permit part it answers. You, the operator, review and sign it and keep it on site.
Checkout open in Arkansas. State ruling: Sell. The site check on the plan page applies these conditions before payment. See coverage.
What we do not do
- Our plans are not sealed or stamped. BMPs that need design calculations, such as sediment basins and post-construction practices, come from your design professional.
- The operator signs the plan and is responsible for it.
- We do not visit or inspect sites.
- We do not file the NOI or any permit application for you. We tell you which form and portal the permit names.
